Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
- The return request must be approved by our team first
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
- Items marked as final sale / clearance
- Gift cards or digital products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Please provide clear photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
